What you share. Your intake answers, your career stories, your goals and constraints, and anything you tell your coach.
What we do with it. We use it to build your Career Compass report and to coach you through your transition. Nothing else.
Who else touches it. Building your report means analyzing your background against current job-market information, and we use software providers to do that work — AI services, cloud storage and documents, our database, our community platform, our website hosting, automation and team messaging, scheduling and email. Today those include Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Supabase, Circle, Vercel, Make.com, Slack, Calendly and Kit. We may add or change providers as the tools improve. We choose providers whose terms limit them to processing your information for the services they provide to us.
What we never do. We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with employers, recruiters or other clients without asking you first. We don’t publish your stories or your report. We don’t use your information to target advertising.
How long we keep it. For as long as you’re a client, and three years after, so we can help if you come back. Ask us at support@launchpoint.co and we’ll delete your intake, your report and your coaching notes.
